Can I change my order after I have completed it?

Is it possible to have my package sent to a third party or an address other than the billing address on the invoice?

During the checkout process, you will have the option to input both your billing address as well as your shipping address. Your order will then be process after payment and shipped to the address you have given as your shipping address.

I have received my order but would like to return it. How do I do that?

You will be asked to send the order back unopened and unused and in all its original and undamaged packaging. If an error occurred on PPEBuddy’s end, we will shoulder the costs of the return.

Our hand sanitisers and disinfecting wipes contain at least 70% alcohol, which makes them an effective ally in the fight against infectious diseases and viruses, which can be transferred from human to human in many ways. Our products kill up to 99.9% of bacteria which can be harmful to our health.

Do your hand sanitisers and disinfecting wipes have an expiration date?

When stored correctly, our hand sanitisers and disinfecting wipes can be used for up to two years.

Where should I store my hand sanitiser and disinfecting wipes?

PPEBuddy products should be stored our of reach, and sight, of children and in temperatures no higher than 105°F. Keeping your products at room temperature is the safest way to store them.

Are your face masks comfortable for all-day wear?

Our masks are made with your comfort in mind and can be used comfortably, all day. The inner layer of the mask is made of soft hypoallergenic fabric, which prevents skin irritation due to friction.

What can your face masks protect me from?

Our masks are made to effectively reduce the spread of droplets, which helps prevent the transmission of bacterial and viral diseases that may harm your health. We use a 3-ply filter system which is made of 3 layers - an outer layer which filters dust and pollen, a middle layer containing polypropylene, which protects you from bacteria, and an inner layer which is made of soft hypoallergenic fabric for comfort.
